Starring Bhut Jolokia

This pepper is only for the truly brave. Its heat level reaches a staggering 1 000 000 SHU. Yet its flavour is mild and sweet, so it goes well with vegetables. Beware, though. She got her name for a reason. "Naga" means "cobra" and "bhut" means "spirit". And that's exactly what this chilli beauty is. She'll sneak up on you slowly and once she catches you, she won't let go for a long time.
