If you know chilli, you know that Habanero reaches 350 000 SHU and Bhut Jolokia even 1 000 000 SHU. This means one thing - this specialty is not served with a dipper but with a coffee spoon.
Both peppers offer a rich, sweet-fruity flavour. However, if you add this puree to your food you will add too much, you won't taste anything at all. The spiciness overpowers the other flavours and will continue to do so long after the last bite.
Culinary uses
What does this chilli puree go with? Ugh, we'd be here a long time! There are a number of ways to use it. It will brighten up any Indian or Mexican dish. And if you're going to make a classic Czech goulash don't forget to add the puree too!
